You need to stop spamming your questions. People will see them the first time. I don't use the PS4 version, but I don't think it supports mods.

Assuming that you have a hacked ps4, you *may* be able to install replacers mods only. And only after repackaging those in a cpk. However, the ps4 is unlikely to use DDS textures, so any mods with a EMB file (almost all!) would need their DDS textures converted to whatever the PS4 uses (and whatever the PS4 use probably have exactly the same raw texture format, just the header of the texture would need a change).
So, well, it is a bit of an advanced thing to mod the ps4 version of the game, but it is technically doable. Just not with the features of the pc mods, that would require a patcher-equivalent in the PS4, which I guess is technically possible in a hacked PS4, just don't expect me to port it to PS4, since I don't even have one to begin with.
